Program Description
When you provide a mobile number and agree to be contacted, Magic Blue Pools may send text messages concerning quote requests, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, service reports, customer support, account matters, billing, or other communications related to services you requested.
Consent
By opting in, you authorize Magic Blue Pools to send text messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your request and service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to opt out of nonessential text messages. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, email hello@magicbluepools.com, or call (424) 999-7393. Operational messages that are necessary to complete a requested transaction or protect an account may still be sent where permitted.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier transmission and network availability.
Privacy and Mobile Information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own unrelated marketing. Information may be processed by service providers that help deliver communications and operate our business. Review our Privacy Policy for more information.
Eligibility and Changes
You must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder to enroll a mobile number. We may modify or discontinue text communications at any time.
